this is my first ever theme after the default neocities look. i knew from the start that i wanted my website to have journal/scrapbook aesthetics

i found more grid paper to try out for the background. this is when i visited colourlovers.com to look for a nature/forest palette. i spent most of my time trying to position the frog in the corner.

then i had a breakthrough with the post-it note look! this was my main theme for about three weeks. i had wanted to make it more like a journal looking thing so i painstakeningly spent three weeks figuring out the positioning of these stickers
